Sliding Scale Philosophy We trust you to know your financial capacity and to place yourself as an organization/group on the sliding scale, and, to borrow a phrase from a former client, encourage you to "pay all that you can."
We need everyone in the movement for a just world, and we are committed to supporting folks fighting for and creating social justice from many angles. We know that organizing work doesn’t always come with a budget, and we strive to value and sustain our labor as artists while also making our work accessible to as many people as possible. We’ve worked with a wide range of clients from grassroots organizers to large institutions, and when folks pay all that they can it allows us to sustain that range. We feel fairly compensated no matter where you pay on the scale. Your placement does not impact the quality of the work we do for you, but your honest self-assessment helps build trust and further economic justice. Thank you!
